CATHY HERBSTLER
With over 17 years of experience in the outdoor/fitness industry, Cathy lives and breathes the active lifestyle. Prior to starting her own business, she worked on staff in the promotions department at a few publishing companies and in health care communications. In 2000, she managed the PR program at Hi-Tec Sports, including the Hi-Tec Adventure Racing Series, which provided the foundation to start her freelance business in the outdoor industry. This eventually grew to include the fitness, snow sports and adventure travel industries as well. Cathy has built solid relationships with the media and other influencers over the years and has proven success running public relations programs for start ups to seasoned brands and everything in between. She enjoys playing soccer, skiing, hiking and mountain biking with her two boys, who are growing up way too fast.
